You are welcome to return the clogs for a refund

Items should be returned within 45 days of shipment and you should ensure we receive them within a further 30 days. Returned goods should be in an ‘as new’ condition and in their original packaging. Clogs that have obviously been worn (we understand that you will have tried them on of course) are not eligible to be returned and will not be credited. Please note we are unable to process exchanges on international orders.

USA and Canada

We have a local returns point in USA & Canada you can purchase your returns label direct from us at a discounted rate.

Please contact us at [email protected] so that we can issue you with a return number and the return address. We’ll issue a full refund of your order once we’ve received and processed your returns. 

Please be aware that the cost of returning the goods to our returns facility is your responsibility.

 

United Kingdom

We offer a free return for purchases delivered within the United Kingdom. Please fill out the returns form included with your purchase, attach the prepaid returns label and either drop it off at your local post office or for a small fee, arrange a collection. If you do not have a return form you can download one here.

If you do not have a prepaid returns label in your box, please contact us at [email protected] where we can issue you with your unique returns label.

Free returns only apply to goods returned using our prepaid labels and we are not able to reimburse you for any costs incurred returning goods to us by any other method. 

 

Europe

We now have local returns points in France, Germany, Italy, Ireland, Netherlands and Spain. If you live in one of these countries you can purchase your return label direct from us at a discounted rate of 6 EUR. Please email [email protected] so that we can issue you with a return number and send you the download link. 

If you live in an EU country not listed please email [email protected].

Please be aware that the cost of returning the goods to our returns facility is your responsibility.

Australia

We have a local returns point in Australia and you can purchase your returns label direct from us at a discounted rate of 15 AUD. Please contact us at [email protected] so that we can issue you with a return number and send you the download link.

New Zealand

Returns from New Zealand can be shipped to the Australian returns address. Please contact us at [email protected] so that we can issue you with a return number and the return address. We’ll issue a full refund of your order once we’ve received and processed your returns.

This policy does not affect your statutory rights (such as your rights under the Sale of Goods Act 1979 and the Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations 2000).


Getting your clogs on their way...

We try to ship all orders within 1-2 business days but this may take longer at busier times. Delivery times are counted in business days (so not including weekends or any UK national holidays) from the day of dispatch. This is an average time so some orders may be quicker and occasionally slower than the times stated. Delivery times are not guaranteed.
