United Kingdom

Closing sale, we kindly ask that all returns reach our Twickenham warehouse by 8 October 2025. After this date, we won’t be able to process exchanges, returns, or refunds for items still on their way to us. Please see return instructions below:

We offer a free return for purchases delivered within the United Kingdom. Please fill out the returns form included with your purchase, attach the prepaid returns label and either drop it off at your local post office or for a small fee, arrange a collection. If you do not have a return form you can download one here. If you do not have a prepaid returns label in your box, please contact us at [email protected] where we can issue you with your unique returns label.

Free returns only apply to goods returned using our prepaid labels and we are not able to reimburse you for any costs incurred returning goods to us by any other method.

Despite a few rumours to the contrary Lotta is a real person and she was most definitely born and raised in Stockholm.

We ship orders Monday to Thursday ONLY. We try to ship all orders within 1-2 business days but this may take longer at busier times. Delivery times are counted in business days (so not including weekends or any UK national holidays) from the day of dispatch. This is an average time so some orders may be quicker and occasionally slower than the times stated. Delivery times are not guaranteed.
