RETURNS

You are welcome to return products purchased from us for an exchange or refund as you prefer. Please refer to your region or country below for specific instructions.

United Kingdom

We offer a free return for purchases delivered within the United Kingdom. Please fill out the returns form included with your purchase, detach the prepaid returns label and drop it off at your local post office. If you do not have a returns form you can download one here. Free returns only apply to goods returned using our prepaid labels and we are not able to reimburse you for any costs incurred returning goods to us by any other method. Returned goods should be in an ‘as new’ condition and in their original packaging. You can return your purchase within 60 days of shipment and ensure that we receive them within a further 30 days. Clogs that have obviously been worn (we understand that you will have tried them on of course) are not eligible to be returned and will not be credited or exchanged.

Europe

We now have local returns points in France, Italy, Spain And Germany. If you do not live in those countries please send to whichever one is nearest to you or to our returns point in the UK. To download the returns form please select the country you would like to return to: France, Germany, Italy, Spain or UK

Once we receive them we will then refund you or process the exchange as you prefer. We do not cover the cost of returning clogs to our returns addresses. However, We do cover the cost of sending exchange pairs which are shipped free on a Euro Priority service.

USA and Canada

We have a local returns point in the USA so please email info@lottafromstockholm.co.uk so we can issue you with a returns number and give you the details of our returns facility there. Please be aware that the cost of returning the goods to our returns facility is your responsibility.

Australia and New Zealand

We have a local returns point in Australia so please contact us at info@lottafromstockholm.co.uk so we can issue you with a returns number and give you the details of our returns facility there.
